Catering Assistant - Full Time

We're Feedwell, one of Sydney's fastest‐growing fresh food catering businesses. We deliver thousands of meals daily to workplaces such as Google, Amazon, Canva, and Louis Vuitton.
We're hiring full‐time Production Crew (Catering Assistants) to prepare, assemble, and pack fresh food in our central kitchen. You'll work at your own bench, following step‐by‐step procedures we train you on, ensuring every product is consistent and ready on time.
This is hands‐on, practical work – making sure every salad, wrap, sandwich, grazing platter, and bakery item looks great, tastes fresh, and goes out on time.
What You'll Do
* Prep work such as chopping, portioning, and batching produce and proteins to recipe specifications, plus cooking and roasting vegetables.
* Prepare and assemble salads, wraps, sandwiches, grazing/fruit platters, and bakery items to our recipes and standards – we'll show you exactly how.
* Follow our step‐by‐step procedures and stick with them once trained.
* Work at your station with pace and consistency to meet production times.
* Keep your bench clean, organised, and food‐safe.
* Rotate across stations (prep & assembly) once trained, so you can build more skills.
* Be respectful, reliable, and a positive part of your team.
