The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Water Cart Operator to join our pipeline of talent in Karratha and across the Pilbara. As a well-established business with a strong team culture, we're looking for operators who are motivated, detail-driven, and open to working across a variety of civil construction projects where their skills are needed.
Role Requirements
* Valid HR+ Licence
* Construction Card
* Watercart Ticket
* Ability to work autonomously
* Comfortable performing basic vehicle checks and tyre changes as required.
You will also need to demonstrate the following:
* Ability to present fit for work at all times. You will need to pass a DAS and pre-employment medical.
* Adhere to company and site safety standards.
* Must have experience in Civil Construction or Earthworks.
* Strong team-work and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Already completed Rio Tinto Inductions will be very well regarded.
