About You
Are you committed, enthusiastic, well-presented and technically minded with a genuine flair and interest in sales?
In this role you will provide customer assistance both face to face and over the telephone and will be part of a friendly and professional team with a commitment to superior customer service. Our core focus at LSC, is providing exceptional customer service to our exisiting and new customers. In return you will be provided with continual product training with the opportunity to participate in professional development programs.
Teamwork is a cornerstone of this Branch and we are seeking a can-do attitude to further enhance our existing progressive team.

- Ability to develop strong customer relationships
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results, contributing to the team
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
- Exposure with liaising and assisting Account Managers on customer requests and enquiries
- Ability to manage customer enquiries both over the phone and counter
- Proficient computer skills, focusing on attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy office environment.
- Knowledge or experience in either Locksmith/ Electronic Security or Hardware industries would be beneficial.
