CASE MANAGER - CRITICAL SUPPORT TEAM - CTP PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS – CHARLESTOWN
In this role you will work with severely injured customers (e.g., traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury) who have suffered motor‐vehicle accident injuries. You will handle complex and sensitive conversations, assess claims, and manage a portfolio of CTP claims to support customers' return to health and work.
About The Role
* Determine liability and manage a portfolio of CTP claims for customers who have sustained severe injuries.
* Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, injured customers, family members and medical professionals to drive successful outcomes.
* Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
* Manage injury needs of customers, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation, and interpret medical reports.
About You
* Relevant experience in a comparable industry (disability support, case management, social services, critical incident response) is desirable.
* Experience in a similar case‐management role within personal injury insurance is highly desired.
* You are driven and interested in customer‐focused experience and wish to grow a career in case management.
* Known for an empathetic style and customer‐focused approach that demonstrates the ability to 'walk in the customer's shoes'.
* Capable of handling difficult situations and acting professionally to resolve complex scenarios in a timely manner.
* Strong problem‐solving and relationship‐building abilities.
* Year 12 certificate or equivalent.
* High attention to detail, excellent time‐management skills, and the ability to adapt when changes occur.
* Passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
