About the Role
This is a hands‐on, full‐time apprenticeship where you'll learn all aspects of locksmithing and security systems.
This role is based across our Malaga and Rockingham locations working in both workshop and field environments, so flexibility and the ability to travel between sites are essential. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds
You will learn to:
* Assemble, repair, install, and service security products including locks, padlocks, and door/gate hardware
* Rekey cylinders and master keys
* Building and maintaining high‐security restricted key systems
* Pre‐assembly of electronic locks & electronic security systems
* Assist with door hardware and access control installation
* Support mobile technicians on jobs and service calls
* Gain exposure to electronic locking and access control systems
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace
* Deliver professional service in a commercial environment
A large part of your early training will involve workshop‐based production, building core skills that support our field technicians.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with the right attitude, who can demonstrate that they are reliable, well presented, mechanically minded, have researched the role of a locksmith and are committed to completing a 4‐year trade.
You will be required to either hold or be eligible to hold a manual Western Australian Drivers Licence and obtain a Police Clearance.

Requirements
* Willingness to commit to a 4‐year apprenticeship (Certificate III in Locksmithing)
* Current manual C‐Class driver's licence
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Police Clearance
* Physically capable of hands‐on work
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
