We're looking for a Business Assurance Test Lead to join our Health Insurance team where you'll be able to help us on our mission to become the world's most customer centric healthcare company.

**The opportunity**:
We're looking for someone to lead one or more teams of Business Assurance Test Analysts to ensure test planning, execution and reporting is carried out according to Bupa's testing standards.
**To be successful in this role, you'll need to have**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading testing teams or similar leadership experience.
- Knowledge of structured testing methods and processes.
- Proven experience in testing complex user interfaces and business processes.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract and can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Brisbane.
We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you'll have the flexibility to work from one of our offices in these locations or work from home.
**How will I help?**
You will add value by:
- Guiding Test Analysts to identify testing scope.
- Preparing Test Plans, testing progress and test completion reports and liaising with stakeholders to obtain sign-off.
- Preparing testing estimates.
- Assisting Test Analysts to prepare test cases.
- Booking test environments including coordination of code and configuration deployments, data refreshes.
- Monitoring the testing progress by assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and re-balance or re-allocate them as required.
- Preparing any Risk Mitigation plans if in case any delays are foreseen.
- Presenting timely status updates to the project team, stakeholders & management and instil confidence about the work being done.
- You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.
