The career development mentor will proactively engage job seekers and support them in gaining sustainable employment. The mentor will achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and coach job seekers to identify and pursue their career goals
* Identify and develop transferable skills required for successful employment
* Develop and implement personalized career development plans
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to job seekers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have solid customer service and administrative skills, as well as the ability to build successful relationships. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.
