As an entry-level PHT Travel Consultant, you'll bring a passion for customer service and a love of travel while starting an exciting career in the travel industry. Supported by our dedicated training team and experienced consultants, you'll receive comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed and grow.

A PHT Receptionist is crucial in delivering an exceptional first impression to PHT clients, both in terms of customer service and office presentation. This role facilitates team efficiencies by timely management of the associated administration tasks.

A PHT Travel Assistant/Receptionist provides support to our Travel Consultants, ensuring that PHT is delivering on our service promise and client expectations. This role is ideal for those wanting to re-enter the travel industry or those that are looking to step away from a Travel Consultant role but would still like to stay in the travel industry. Note this is a 4 day role (Mon/Fri Reception, 2 days Travel Assistant)

Roles are Full Time but Part Time flexibility will be considered.

Some out of hours work at supplier events will be required, including evenings and weekends.

About you:

Experience

· Customer service and sales background OR

similar administrative/receptionist role

· Travel experience

· Proficient in the use of SABRE or similar GDS (Travel Assistant)

Skills required

· Excellent customer service skills and ethic

· Strong communication skills

· Enjoy setting and achieving goals

· Organised with strong time management

· Attention to detail

· Thrive on working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

· A commitment to ongoing training

· Passionate about customer service and travel
