We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and experience in fast‐paced restaurant environments.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality.
* Qualification in Hospitality Management (Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher preferred).
* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and team leadership.
* Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff in line with business needs and compliance requirements.
* Maintain high customer service standards and handle feedback professionally.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service of dishes.
* Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and reduce wastage.
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier management.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
* Support marketing initiatives and drive business growth while fostering a positive team culture.
