This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to 47 weeks for 36 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements. There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.
About The Role
Providing case management within the framework of a multidisciplinary review team structure delivering time limited, specific, evidence based, community focused person-centered care. Delivering individual and group-based treatment, managing individual clinical loads and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary treatment process.
Providing assessments, evidence-based treatment and case management services to adults 18 years and over, referred to the service experiencing psychiatric illnesses. Care is provided utilising the principles of Trauma Informed Care and Recovery and in accordance with the National Practice Standards for Mental Health Workforce and the NSW Health Mental Health Competencies.
