We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Finance Support Officer to join a values-driven organisation on a short-term contract basis. This role will support the finance function during a busy period and is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on transactional work and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice review, expense coding, and timely payment of suppliers
* Perform credit card reconciliations by verifying transactions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records
* Assist with payroll processing, including data checks, record maintenance, and meeting payroll deadlines
* Complete data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy, ensuring financial records are well organised and up to date
About You:
* Previous experience in a finance support, accounts, or similar role
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Comfortable working with deadlines and confidential information
* Well-organised, reliable, and able to work independently when required
This is a 3-month contract opportunity and would suit someone available to start promptly and contribute from day one.
