We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher who can motivate and lead a team of educators, designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that cater to the unique interests and strengths of each child.
Your role will involve supporting the centre to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, while also promoting a culture of child safety with a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm.

About the Role:
* Motivate and lead a team of educators to foster a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to local primary schools, and positive experiences within the community.
* Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for children, catering to their individual interests and strengths.
* Support the centre to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.
About You:
* A degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
* A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
* A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
