Role Details
Based in either NSW or VIC, this senior leadership role sits on the Plastics ANZ Leadership Team and leads the sales, supply and operational planning for all recycled materials (PET, HDPE, HD Natural, HD Coloured and PP).
You will oversee vendor engagement, commercial planning, feedstock supply, resin sales, quality support and long-range planning, ensuring both sites meet production, quality and commercial targets.
This role also provides direct leadership to the Somerton Plant Manager, shaping site performance, culture and operational decision-making.
What You Will Bring
• Extensive commercial leadership experience delivering strong supply, sales and planning outcomes
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar contracts and complex commercial negotiations
• Strategic and operational planning capability across multiple inputs and time horizons
• Leadership experience within manufacturing, supply chain, plastics, packaging or recycling
• Strong stakeholder engagement across suppliers, industry bodies and internal commercial teams
• High-level communication, problem solving and data-driven decision making
• Commercial mindset with a focus on yield, quality, pricing and supply risk management
