Job Details Part-time (0.5 FTE) ongoing position, offering adaptable working conditions. Attractive Salary + Super + generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550. The role is based in Nipaluna Hobart on the southern lands of Lutruwita Tasmania, with respect to the Muwinina people, the original owners of this land.

Join our headspace Early Psychosis (hEP) program in Lutruwita Tasmania and lead a transformative mental health service that gives young people a chance to recover and thrive. As the Clinical Director, you'll: 
Lead clinical services for the headspace Early Psychosis program, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for young people. 
Provide clinical leadership and professional governance to medical staff, helping them grow and thrive in their roles. 
Collaborate closely with managers to ensure seamless, coordinated mental health care for young people at risk or experiencing psychosis. 
Maintain strong relationships with Tasmanian Health to ensure efficient access to emergency care and inpatient services. 
Oversee and support the EPPIC model of care, ensuring it is implemented with high fidelity to provide the best outcomes.

Qualifications To excel in this role, you will have: 
Medical qualifications and full registration with AHPRA, along with Fellowship in the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP). 
A proven track record in clinical psychiatry, with extensive experience in developing and implementing programs for people experiencing mental illness. 
A strong understanding of the Tasmanian mental health sector and relevant legislation. 
Management and administrative experience (desirable but not essential) to help lead the service and implement strategic plans. 
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and educate multi-disciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
