**What we are looking for**:
- Demonstrated ability to work under mínimal supervision and in co-operation with all colleagues within Central Pharmacy Manufacturing and QC units.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety standards and to the principles of the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) once explained during the induction period.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload within the required hours and using available resources.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work efficiently under the direction of supervisors, carrying all assigned tasks with initiative, integrity, maturity, and responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to be an active, collaborative, supportive and constructive team member with the desire to contribute positively to team meetings, internal and external audit processes and participate in all necessary trainings, validations and Performance Appraisal and Development interviews.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to adhere to established guidelines and procedures with mínimal supervision.
**Mandatory qualifications and other requirements**:
It is a condition of employment for this role, for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 as per the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
It may be a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against one or more of the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16): measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox),pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B, tuberculosis.
There is no mandatory qualification for this position, however the following attributes will be viewed favourably:
- Possess integrity, honesty, and dependability.
- Possess sound arithmetic skills for performing basic calculations.
- Possess a general understanding of pharmaceutical units of weights and measures.
- Possess a neat, quality-focused and attention to detail mindset.
- Possess common sense and has demonstrated initiative.

- Possess neat and legible handwriting.
- Possess a willing to learn attitude.
- Possess forklift license.
