The Role: As the Business Development Manager / Account Manager, you'll manage over 100 existing clients to ensure their satisfaction with the service.

Maintain positive working relationships with current clients and upsell in improvements for their existing services Achieve and exceed monthly targets, including new monthly revenue Identify and secure new B2B clients, converting them into a win Engage in contact with each client through site visits, networking events, and video calls Ensure an effective pipeline is maintained and logged accurately that provides precise forecasts Stay on top of the landscape of the industry, building your expertise About You: 5 years of technology sales is a must, even someone with a Telco background is welcome to apply Drive sales, increase revenue and client satisfaction Ability to effectively communicate, meet deadlines, and have strong negotiation skills Relationship focused is essential, building trust with existing and new clients Good eye on opportunities to promote and upsell with current clients Culture fit is key – genuine, hungry, and a team player
