Job Summary: Full-time, on-site Service Manager located in the Greater Sydney Area.
The Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient delivery of maintenance, repair, and technical assistance to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Manage service schedules and coordinate maintenance activities.
Lead a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Ensure efficient delivery of maintenance, repair, and technical assistance to clients.
Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Develop and enforce service department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills.
Experience in maintenance, repair, and technical support for engineering systems or similar industries.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical and industrial engineering processes.
Project coordination and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Experience in the Australian engineering industry is considered an advantage.
