The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to lead our Sydney operations. This role is pivotal within our management team, contributing to our ongoing success and ensuring our high standards of service, compliance, and profitability are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Management: lead and support the team, fostering high performance and motivated team environment.
* Operations & Service Delivery: Ensure exceptional recruitment and HR services, aligning with company policies and procedures.
* Work Health & Safety: Promote safe work practices, manage WHS compliance, and support Return to Work and rehabilitation processes.
* Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies, drive business growth, and maintain strong client relationships.
* Human Resources: Manage recruitment, training, performance management, and staff development within the branch.
* Policy & Compliance: Maintain adherence to employment and WHS legislation, contributing to policy development and implementation.
