Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily living assistance, including personal care and hygiene.

4. Maintain accurate records of individual's progress and communicate with family members and healthcare professionals as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed a Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a community-based setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* First Aid and CPR certification.
