* Salary: $104,953 - $113,204 per annum, plus 17% superannuation and leave loading
What You Will Do
Drive operational excellence and support health initiatives across Western Sydney University. As Business Operations Coordinator within the Health portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations that underpin the delivery of high-quality services. This position is central to supporting the School's strategic objectives and operational priorities.
You will manage day-to-day business processes, coordinate administrative workflows, and provide advice on compliance and governance matters. Working closely with academic and professional staff, you will ensure that systems and procedures are streamlined, accurate, and responsive to the needs of the School.
This role offers the chance to contribute to initiatives that enhance student and staff experiences, while supporting projects that align with the University's vision for excellence in health education and research.
