The Role
* Deliver high level of customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
* Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain a high level of image standards in store
* Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise
* Create, propose and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends
* Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required
* Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback
* Support the other store functions as required
About You
* 1 or more years Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry OR a Visual Merchandising qualification
* Appreciation for fashion & product
* Passionate about customer service
* Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a busy environment
* Positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team
* Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
* Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
