With the re-launch of Pelican Waters Golf Club we are excited to now be offering a 7 day service in our brand-new Golf Clubhouse.
We are now hiring multiple Permanent Part Time Food & Beverage Attendants to work across our daily Café operations and at a variety of events coming up across the holiday periods & throughout 2025!
All levels of experience & availability are welcome to apply as we are building a top tier team, committed to operational and customer service excellence. Offering 15 hours per week with opportunity for additional shifts to operate across a variety of morning & afternoon (7am - 6pm) shifts 7 days a week.
These positions are available for an immediate start & over the coming weeks. Availability across the Christmas period is essential.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;
Providing the highest quality service to customers through personalized service and handling enquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
Prepare, present and serve food items & beverages (including coffee & alcoholic beverages)
Responsible for handling all cash and credit card transactions;
Perform opening and closing duties for our Café as required
Assist in the set up, service and pack down of events/functions held at the Golf Club
Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage equipment along with presentation of function areas and cafe;
Working collaboratively within a team environment, sharing a joint commitment to executing service to the highest level.
Ideally you will have:-
Food & Beverage experience in either a Café, Restaurant, Bar or Event/functions environment; Bar & Barista experience highly regarded
Demonstrated commitment of delivering a professional and personalised customer service experience;
Current Safe Food Handling Certificate essential;
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential;
Current C Class drivers licence.
