As a key contributor to our strategic goals, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial transaction and supporting the purchasing department.
Key Duties
* Invoice Management and processing for all stores department within Hotel Operations at Ayers Rock Resort.
* Reconcile vendor statements and showcase any discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
* Monitor and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers to follow up on delivery.
* Communicate any order delay or changes to the appropriate teams at Ayers Rock Resort.
You will have
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Excel etc.
* Excellence in both written and verbal communication.
* Strong teamwork skills showcased across the resort.
* Business acumen.
* Previous experience working with Materials Control is highly regarded.
* A background in purchasing is highly desirable.
