* Staff Performance: Develop strategies to drive staff accountability to performance metrics, including clinical policies and procedures.
* Staff Retention: Implement initiatives to enhance a positive work culture, foster teamwork, and promote well-being.
* Staff Development: Design and implement individual clinician career development plans to support growth and caseload development.
* Clinical Caseload: Maintain a minimum expectation of 21 billable hours per week, ensuring efficient use of resources.
