As part of our experienced employment team, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers, engaging actively with 'work ready' job seekers, identifying and addressing barriers preventing job readiness, equipping participants with tools and confidence to enter the workforce, and applying problem-solving skills and resilience to maximize employment outcomes.

* Experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets
