Financial Operations Assistant Role Overview
Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records to ensure client information remains up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee account payments
* Perform monthly account reconciliations
* Regularly perform bank reconciliations
* Support the preparation of Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) and Business Activity Statements (BAS)
* Conduct data entry and management
* Maintain computer-based administration files
* Manage client files
* Process and lodge Superannuation
* Manage payroll functions
* Offer guidance and support to junior team members
