The Role:
The Financial Services Trainee will support both the Financial Services and Revenue and Procurement Services teams by performing a range of administrative duties, including:
* Property & Client record changes, Statutory Certificates, Sundry Debtors & Infringements.
* Import and data entry of Rating and Financial Transactions
* Assist with preparation, collation and capture of Contract & Procurement related transactions.
* Corporate Banking Transactions
* Assist with Corporate Fleet Management and Purchase Cards
* Accounts Payable Transaction processing
* Prepare other Financial transactions and other departmental duties as required
About you:
You must possess:
* Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Applications, with attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and provide accurate administrative support within a busy corporate environment including managing differing and changing priorities.
* Strong written and communication skills and self-confidence to develop relationships internally and externally
* A commitment to delivering valued customer service in a timely manner.
* Strong self-management, time management, decision making and accountability skills
* Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team outcomes.
* A current Victorian Driver’s Licence
