Key Responsibilities
* Be an active presence across Front and Back of House to support leaders, motivate teams and deliver on‐the‐job training.
* Roll out Heart of House communications, visual materials and engagement initiatives.
* Support delivery of the hotel's branded service culture and ESG activities.
* Maintain HR systems, records and compliance requirements.
* Prepare mandatory monthly and annual HR reports.
* Conduct VEVO checks and ensure all employees hold valid work rights.
* Support recruitment, onboarding and contract preparation.
* Administer training, performance management and engagement processes.
* Maintain accurate personnel, training and compliance documentation.
* Support leaders with HR systems, reporting and compliance actions.
* Assist with employee relations matters and internal communications.
* Coordinate recognition programs, engagement activities and events.
* Support workers compensation, return to work and safety processes.
* Contribute to Responsible Business, risk and regulatory training activities.
What You'll Bring
* A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* 2+ years' experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role.
* Strong understanding of HR and employee relations practices.
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
* Adaptability and initiative, with a proactive and solutions focused approach.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* A commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
