Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement applicable standards, processes, and procedures to ensure technology and equipment are safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient.
* Oversee technical processes and procedures aligned with industry standards.
* Develop and manage asset delivery and implementation processes according to best practices.
* Manage the drawing office team and resources, including people, processes, and systems.
* Develop effective relationships with contracting partners to optimize and deliver against business objectives.
* Facilitate problem-solving among the team using structured techniques.
* Sets performance standards and KPIs, monitoring delivery and holding self and team accountable.
Requirements:
* Innovative solutions to meet customer needs, driving value creation.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty using problem-solving techniques.
* Experience in managing Technical Services within a similar organization or sector.
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Process.
* Working knowledge of risk engineering and risk management concepts.
* Systematic thinking, problem-solving, safety, compliance, and operational excellence awareness.
* Analytical thinker with data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
