Field Tech Specialist
This role involves performing complex technical support, advanced deployment, and repairs on desktops, laptops, and printers.
* Troubleshooting and repair of technical issues with desktops, laptops, and printers
* System upgrades and deployments
* Advanced technical support for clients including troubleshooting hardware and software problems
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and an undergraduate degree in a computer-related field. They should be proficient in Windows operating systems and have knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
* Diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues
* Collaborating with other teams to resolve technical issues
