Social and Emotional Wellbeing Case Worker
This role involves working closely with clients to provide case management, advocacy, and support services tailored to individual and family needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with community members through one-on-one support, group activities, and cultural healing initiatives
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to strengthen connections and improve overall wellbeing across the East Kimberley region
* Provide culturally safe and empowering approaches to support individuals and families
* Build trust, engage respectfully, and provide client-centred support
* Work alongside individuals, families, schools, and community groups in a collaborative environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in case management, social work, Aboriginal health, or community services.
A relevant qualification in community services, mental health, counselling, or social work is desirable.
Experience working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services or remote settings will be highly regarded.
