About the Role

As our Administration Operations Specialist, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of solar and battery installation projects across multiple states. You'll work closely with installers, customers, retailers, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from scheduling through to compliance, grid connection, and final documentation.

The role requires strong administrative capability, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, all while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. You'll also contribute to process improvements by helping create and maintain SOPs.

This is a full-time position based in our Newstead office.

What You'll Be Doing

* Communicate with customers, installers, and internal teams to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling issues
* Complete and submit grid connection applications using relevant distributor portals
* Prepare and lodge rebate claims and compliance documentation
* Manage and update project documentation in internal systems
* Use Xero and Sin-7 for financial and inventory administration
* Create and maintain SOP documents and support process improvements

About You

You'll be a strong match if you have:

* Experience in administration, coordination, operations, or similar roles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
* Experience with Xero and/or Sin-7, or the ability to learn quickly
* Ability to create, follow, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Bonus points if you also have:

* Experience in solar, energy, construction, or electrical environments
* Familiarity with grid connection applications or government rebate portals
* Experience using CRM or project tracking systems

Why Join Nectr?

* Be part of a fast-growing renewable energy company with national impact
* Support meaningful work that helps Australians transition to clean energy
* Friendly, supportive office environment with a high-performing operations team
* Stable full-time role in our modern Newstead office
* Career development opportunities as the business continues to expand
