Job Description Establish and build new customer base and support existing customers Responsibilities Promote Harvey Norman Commercial through customer contact Finalise quotations and send to clients for approval Seek sales and business opportunities for Harvey Norman commercial Division. Develop and communicate potential leads to other divisions within Harvey Norman Commercial. Establish and build relationships with key business targets and commercial customers. Provide a weekly update of business activities to Management Attend customer functions on a regular basis Be involved with supplier & HNC training Punctuality re: commencement of work. Communicate internally with other divisions and staff Assist customers and other HNC staff with product information & technical advice Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Problem solving skills Accurate data entry and attention to detail The ability to work in a busy team environment Intermediate computer skills Team commitment Personal and professional presentation
