Job Description
Job Overview: As Product Manager at Bay Technologies, you will be responsible for driving the Product strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of development initiatives. You will foster strong relationships with customers, oversee the development process, and ensure successful integration and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
* Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap, considering alignment with Bay Technologies overarching business strategy.
* Stay attuned to emerging use cases and incorporate them into the product vision.
* Continuously assess how to maximize business value from the products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes and functional requirements.
* Conduct User Experience workshops and focus on maximizing customers outcomes.
* Act as the product evangelist, communicating benefits to customers and internal teams.
* Represent the product during design, development, testing, release, updates, and ongoing lifecycle management.
* Evaluate market trends and review competitions making sure we remain competitive in our target market.
* Regularly monitor and manage product usage; and provide insightful reports on the impact of the product.
We are looking for someone with:
* Extensive product management experience
* Track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycles.
* Strong technical background with understanding of software development and cloud technologies.
* Exceptional leadership skills, providing clear guidance and trusted advice, with the ability to set strategic direction and lead cross-functional teams.
* Experience in roadmap development, and product analytics.
* Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate technology trends into business opportunities.
* Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to understanding customers' requirements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
* Strong technical background with an understanding of software development Life Cycle and processes in SaaS (software as a Service) environment.
* Experience in agile methodologies and agile product management is highly regarded.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* In-depth knowledge of ministerial, correspondence data and metrics in a government setting is a significant advantage.
