We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to come join us at our new Canberra location, due to open mid September 2025. You will play a key role in building and introducing our clientele to our brand and managing a brand new team in our beautiful Canberra Boutique.

Responsibilities Include
* Delivering exceptional shopping experiences for our clients, identifying ways to grow our customer database and increase customer retention;
* Driving the our Flagship location's Sales performance;
* Stock Management and Stock Loss prevention;
* Act as a role model for our Values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer focused and inspired; and
* Provide leadership and support for seasonal Stocktake and Visual Merchandising directives.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar role (Luxury Retail preferred however not essential);
* Previous leadership experience is managing and inspiring a small team;
* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;
* Proven capability to meet and exceed sales targets; and
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
