Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Security & Cabling Technician to join a dynamic team. This role offers a rare combination of technical variety, independence, and teamwork while providing the security of a permanent position. Working only four days a week while still earning a full-time wage, you’ll enjoy three-day weekends every week. About the Role
- Install and maintain security systems including Hikvision, UNV, Axis, Inner Range, Tecom, Protege, Bosch, Ajax, Aiphone, and Akuvox.
- Run cabling in both residential and commercial environments.
- Program and network security systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work independently while also collaborating with team members on larger projects.
- Deliver projects safely and effectively in line with industry standards and company values.
**Essentials**:
- Current Security License & Cablers License.
- White Card.
- Demonstrated experience in security installations and cabling.
**Desirables**:
- Experience across multiple security brands and systems.
- Strong networking and programming knowledge.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
