About This Role
* Deliverables must adhere to industry standards, be thoroughly checked and approved, then issued to other teams and clients with detailed revision history.
* As a client-facing leader, you will manage project teams to ensure timely completion of objectives while maintaining a collaborative environment.
* Develop, review, and finalize technical documents and deliverables that meet expectations.
* Prepare specifications, design criteria, scope of work, and material lists for projects.
* Lead the creation of engineering proposals and monitor expenses, staying within allocated budgets and reporting any discrepancies.
* Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting performance goals for cost, quality, and time constraints.
* Maintain strong communication with Project Managers and Engineering Leads, regularly updating them on progress, staffing, and schedules, as well as justifying decisions made.
* Contribute to the development of best practices in Structural Engineering by sharing knowledge of emerging trends and experiences.
* Evaluate client needs and assess alternative solutions through effective communication.
