We're seeking a versatile and dependable team member to take on the role of Front Office Receptionist and Housekeeper.

* Previous experience in hotel front office or housekeeping roles is highly desirable.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* They should also demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for providing warm and welcoming service to our guests.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of RMS systems are advantageous, but not essential.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as performing housekeeping tasks with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.

* Able to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Willingness to assist with cleaning and room servicing as needed.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
