Description
We are seeking an Administration/Logistics Coordinator who is dedicated and able to work across different areas of the business. You will use your well-developed attention to detail and communication skills and be motivated to complete all required tasks. Ideally a person that has worked in the manufacturing industry would be well regarded.
Duties
- Processing quotes, purchase orders/creditors
- Administration of weekly payroll
- Processing accounts receivable/payable through MYOB
- Data entry in Microsoft programs.
- Other Ad-Hoc duties as required.
- Greeting clients
- Bank reconciliations - end of month
- Involvement and awareness of best practice and process improvement
- Maintain accurate filing systems.
- Chasing debtors
Job Offer
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday onsite 8.00-4.00pm
Immediate start required.
