**Woods & Co Recruitment **have partnered with an up-and-coming strata company, looking for their next
**Accounts Portfolio Manager** to work alongside the Owners Corporation Manager.
The role involves a strong focus on delivering continued exceptional relationship management of existing Owners Corporation clients by attending to the day to day administrative requirements whilst assisting a veteran Owners Corporation Manager.
This role will be ideal for current Owners Corporation Accounts Associates, Executive Assistants or high-level administrators.

**What do you do?**
- Provide support to the management team in a range of functions associated with strata and community title management.
- Arrange maintenance and repairs to properties under strata management including obtaining quotations.
- Assist with organising and conducting strata management meetings including meetings of owner's corporation, booking meetings in advance and ensuring team calendar remains up to date.
- Perform Accounts receivable role which prepares arrears collection reports for all committee and Annual General Meetings.
