Key Requirements
1. Extensive customer service experience in a face-to-face role
2. Experience in reception duties, cash handling, invoice cost coding, and strong data entry skills
3. Sound computer literacy for accurate documentation
4. Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
5. Strong planning, time management, flexibility, and technological skills
6. An understanding of the needs of older people
