We are seeking a skilled professional to manage operations at our facility. This hands-on role requires experience in the wool industry and a current Wool Classer's stencil.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee daily store operations ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Manage and mentor a small team to achieve productivity and safety targets.
* Liaise with growers and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
* Coordinate logistics including transport and inventory management.

* A natural ability to build rapport with growers and industry partners.
* A valid MR Truck Driver's Licence.
* Prior leadership and team management skills or a willingness to step-up to a leadership role.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
