Key Responsibilities
* Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and reach stackers to facilitate efficient container movement and train loading/unloading.
* Utilize terminal equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts with precision.
* Develop and execute comprehensive plans for terminal services, encompassing marshalling activities and coordination with scheduled trains.
* Conduct thorough inspections of trains and equipment, guaranteeing compliance with transit documentation requirements and maintaining accurate records.
* Update transportation management systems and effectively manage customer truck processing at the terminal entry point.
* Provide professional inductions for customers and contractors entering the facility.
* Cultivate strong teamwork dynamics, fostering collaboration to optimize resource allocation and streamline operational efficiency.
