An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our dynamic Eye and Ear Emergency Department. As an ANUM, you will play a key role in supporting the Nurse Unit Manager with the day‑to‑day coordination of the department, providing clinical leadership, mentoring staff, and ensuring safe, efficient patient flow. About You
We are seeking a nurse who brings:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Extensive Emergency Department experience (Eye & Ear specialty experience highly regarded)
* Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to coordinate clinical teams
* Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
* Commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous improvement
* Postgraduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing or leadership (or working toward)
