About theRole

Thisposition plays a key role in delivering exceptional customerservice to a broad range of customers across multiple contactchannels and locations, delivering an excellent customer experienceat the point of contact in a positive, courteous, and knowledgeablemanner.

AboutYou

Ourideal applicant will have experience working in customer service orrecords management roles in large and diverse organisation withstrong verbal and written communication skills including theability to organise and communicate information clearly through avariety of customer contact channels.

Highly developedskills in administrations, cashiering and computing, includingkeyboard accuracy is desirable.
