As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking a confident and experienced Human Resource Manager to support our people, guide our leaders, and help strengthen the operational foundations of our business.
About the Role
This is a hands-on and strategic HR leadership position. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function across multiple venues, working closely with department heads and executive leadership.
You will be trusted to lead with professionalism, discretion, and the ability to support teams in a high-performance environment where service standards are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance
Coach and train venue managers, developing leadership capability across the business
Manage visa applications and sponsorships, ensuring full legal compliance
Maintain and refine HR documentation, policies, and contracts in line with Fair Work
Use Employment Hero to manage HR data, performance reviews, and compliance
Provide trusted, confidential support on sensitive workplace matters
Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
A confident, well-rounded HR professional with solid knowledge of Australian employment law
Experience in visa and sponsorship processes
Proficiency in Employment Hero or a similar HRIS
Excellent communication and influencing skills
A composed and discreet approach, with strong attention to detail and professionalism
Previous experience in hospitality or a multi-site environment is advantageous
