Job Overview
Fulton Hogan - Infrastructure Services is seeking a Quality Assurance/PQI Operator to join the RAMC METRO Maintenance Crew. The role reports to the Operations Coordinator and focuses on site QA responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring mix temperatures.
* Compaction and rolling patterns and the use of a PQI.
* Straight edging.
* Recording and distribution of compliance data via end-of-shift reporting.
* Coordination and recording of calibrations for compliance devices (Temp guns, PQIs).
* Communicating closely with the Supervisor to affect quality outcomes.
* Working closely with the wider Fulton Hogan technical team and providing feedback and corrective actions on quality issues.
Qualifications
* Hard‐working attitude with relevant experience in asphalt laying.
* Commitment to a Living Safely culture.
* Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights and live away from home when required.
* Valid driver's licence (HR or HC licence beneficial).
* Construction Induction card.
