About the Role
As the state-based Quality & Practice Lead for South Australia, you will work within our national Quality, Compliance & Risk team, ensuring alignment across states while responding to local requirements. Reporting to the Quality & Risk Manager, you will:
* Partner with SA operational leaders to embed quality, safeguarding, and compliance standards into daily practice.
* Lead internal audits, practice reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide coaching and guidance to staff to strengthen capability and ensure consistent application of policy and procedure.
* Support incident reviews, risk escalation, and compliance reporting to meet NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Standards, and Child Safe Standards.
* Contribute to national projects that uplift quality, safety, and service outcomes.
About You
You are more than just experienced — you’re practical, switched-on, and able to quickly assess situations and apply sound judgement. You will bring:
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions.
* Experience in quality, compliance, or practice leadership within disability, aged care, or community services.
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NDIS, Aged Care, Child Safe).
* Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to engage staff at all levels.
* A commitment to safeguarding and person-centred service delivery.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in social services, human services, health, or related field (desirable).
