Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in Hedland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing employees to ensure best practice is followed and compliant with required policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have a strong background within the Aged Care Industry and demonstrated experience in leading a team to achieve outcomes. You will also possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships, promote services and resolve client/staff issues.
You will work closely with the Community Manager to support and mentor direct care staff to provide quality care to clients/carers within the community. This role involves working Monday to Friday each week, 7am - 3pm, covering client profiles in Hedland and surrounds.
There may be opportunities to travel to Perth or other WA locations, as long as it's understood that travel to Hedland will be necessary every 6 weeks for one full week (travel and accommodation paid). The option of a salary packaged vehicle is available for this role, or use own vehicle with 99 cent per KM allowance.
