Quality Assurance Consultant
Responsibilities
- Support process excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects.
- Drive benchmarking and best practices deployment across accounts.
- Understand potential customer dis-satisfaction drivers and proactively mitigate any CSAT/PCSAT risks.
- Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.
- Drive projects to improve and maintain the profitability of the process.
- Drive a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen on the process floors.
- Drive standardization practices on the floor and ensure strict compliance in internal and client defined processes.
- Monitor and drive compliance requirements through Internal Common Minimum standards (CMS), ISO 9001, etc.
- Ensure all process metrics are met.
- Lead quality report and dashboards.
- Support in SOP and VSM creation.
Requirements
Looking for AU Citizen only. Good to have – Baseline or N1/N2 security clearance.
We need a candidate with relevant experience in network testing. Experience in Enterprise network capability transformation/uplift program is mandatory.
Traditional Test Managers will not be a fitment for this need.
Job Expectations
- As a Test Manager, plan for the new airport rollout test activities.
- Experience in Enterprise network capability transformation/uplift program is mandatory.
- Incorporate SMEs (internal stakeholders) activities and requirements for verification of new network services being delivered. Develop test plan and scripts.
- Define needs and arrange for access to test environments.
- Coordinate Airservices test activities, working in coordination with related project teams and vendor stakeholders.
- Execute and/or facilitate execution of tests scripts.
- Review and verify Vendor test plans, scripts and results.
- Manage the defect register and defect rectification.
- Experience in conducting Verification and Validation activities.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills and communication.
- Any experience in Air Traffic Control domain will be an added advantage.
